AEL Students Are Making A Difference
Our Academy for Early Learning students recently raised awareness and money for Turn on the Tap, a Clean Water Project by Samaritan’s Purse. The gift to Clean Water Projects is an investment in an entire community, providing safe water for drinking, cooking, bathing, and cleaning.
The students collected change for a 4 week period, raising $700! This will provide 7 families with clean water filters! Congratulations to Mrs. Rognstad’s and Mrs. Drake’s class for being the top contributors.
Jennifer Frye, AEL Director, agrees with Samaritan’s Purse’s statement that “all of these efforts aim to point people to the ‘living water’ found in Jesus Christ.”
