Head of School (Sept. Report)

We are so blessed at NCA with a great group of teachers, students, and families. Here is a short report of what has transpired at NCA since the start of the school year.

We are excited about our growth in enrollment. We are up 5% in enrollment. We currently have approximately 580 total students.
We had an amazing retreat at Windy Gap. We had a special guest speaker (Matt Pettit) at our retreat and the Lord really blessed our time tighter. Approximately 12 students were saved during the evening service.
Our New Parent reception was a wonderful experience. We had over 80 families represented at the event. Our Ambassador parents joined us at the event as well.
Our new students had a great suppress waiting for them on their first day of school. They had an Ambassador student that led them through the day and connected them with other students.
Our Athletic program has experienced some wins already and excellent leadership from our coaches. Our new soccer coach Paul Self is doing a great job with our soccer program. Our students clearly understand that we are a school that is about character, integrity, and playing the game hard.
We thank everyone whom supported our Boosterthon Fun Run. We are excited about all the great things that the pledges will help us get done this school year.
