Senior Day At The Park!
Even though we are extremely proud of them and have prepared them to be successful out in the world, we are still, in a sentimental way, holding on to our wonderful Senior class! Recently, they had a little fun – and College Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Kelli Larsen, shared with us what their fun was all about!
“On Wednesday the Class of 2016 spent the day at Frank Liske Park! Students enjoyed wiffle ball, paddle boating, volleyball, corn hole, kick ball, nature trails, water balloons, a cookout and, most of all, just being together. There was even a surprise stop at local favorite: Pelicans Snoballs! This special day is provided for seniors as a fun, relaxing, bonding time before AP exams, awards ceremonies, end of year events and, eventually graduation. The Class of 2016 is described as “special” and “one-of-a-kind” by the teachers and staff…they will surely be missed!”
Indeed, we echo the sentiment that they will be missed, but most importantly, we are extremely proud of them and can’t wait to see what incredible things they all accomplish at the next levels of life! Take a look at the short film of all the fun they had! Congrats, Seniors!
