I am honored to work at a school that truly understands what values-based learning is all about. Not just teaching – learning. I truly believe that you can’t teach values, but you surely can model them for others. Every single day. In every single way. Values like generosity, service, joy, gratitude, responsibility and fellowship go a long way in molding our souls and feeding our hearts.

Educating children today is a very difficult, but at the same time a very rewarding opportunity. What makes Northside so special is the relationships between the teacher and the students. At NCA the teachers are closely connected to their students and know them very well. Our teachers understand that the purpose of our school is to provide an educational experience while at the same time developing ministries to prepare students to serve and lead their homes, careers, churches, and communities.
